Marketplace: Micro Market – is our unstaffed retail space where you can purchase food, beverages, and some convenience items. The Marketplace features refrigerated cases for beverages and other perishable snacks. It also features specialty hot drinks (coffees, teas, hot cocoa) and healthy snacks such as energy bars. All of these items are restocked regularly by a local food and beverage Operator that manages the Marketplace.

How it works: To use a micro-market, simply pick up the food or beverage you wish to purchase and then scan item to pay for the items at the intuitive, self-checkout kiosk. The kiosk offers a variety of convenient payment options such as credit/debit cards, cash, and fingerprint reader. All transactions take place through a secure and stable network.

SPECIAL NOTE: For hot beverages select ‘hot beverage’ from the kiosk instead of scanning your item.

Delivery Area/Package Room – Similar to the Refridgerator/Freezer Room, delivery services (not including the USPS) can deliver large packages to a secured space. The racks are designated by apartment floor and conveniently located adjacent to the Marketplace.

Dog Walk area – Furry family members are encouraged to enjoy the fresh air and a convenient walk just outside the north exit of West Washington Place (adjacent to the parking garage access drive). A Pet waste disposal unit is located in this area.

Refrigerator/Freezer Room – Grocery Delivery services are a snap with the availability of commercial-sized refrigerators and freezers located within the package delivery room. Your selected service can place your perishable items within a unit for safekeeping until your retrieval.

PLEASE NOTE! 8:00 am to 4:30 pm deliveries go to 622 West Washington Ave and the delivery service can enter code to get into the cold storage room.

AFTER-HOURS, deliveries will require the service to call your apt # for access.

Pet Wash – clean paws are easy to keep with access to the convenient dog wash station located on the lower level parking garage.

Parking Garage – find adequate auto & bicycle space within the climate-controlled, and well-lit parking garage located below West Washington Place. Convenient and secure access to the unassigned parking stalls is obtained by swiping your apartment FOB or a scan of your license place (set up with the Management Company). Electric vehicle charging stalls are included.

Guests must have parking hanging tag visible from rear-view mirror.

Rooftop Patio – there are few places in downtown madison that can offer so many breathtaking views! The rooftop patio is a perfect place to relax while enjoying a beverage, entertain some friends with a tailgate bar-b-que, or take in the beautiful sunrise with a Capitol backdrop. There is plenty of seating for most any occasion with a commercial gas grill and ambient lighting.

Rooftop Patio Use: Use of this space is not exclusive, however, can be reserved the room by scheduling with management. Access to the rooftop patio must remain available for all residents. For courtesy to all residents, clean-up with garbage removal following use is required.

Community Room – Needing more space to entertain? Check out the luxury community room fully equipped with gourmet appliances, fireplace (indoor and outdoor viewing), large LED TV’s, Sonos sound systems, plenty of comfortable seating, and access to the rooftop patio.

5th Floor Meeting Room – for the convenience of West Washington Place residents, a spacious meeting room with large LED TV, Sonos sound system, and flexible seating are provided.

Fitness Rooms: Provided by Summit Fitness, West Washington Place has state-of-the-art equipment and accessories for you to stay fit and healthy, on your schedule.
